The little train propose you a complete visit of the Châtel village, its streets, and its majestic chalets built in the traditional architectural style....
 

One visit allows discovering all the village neighbourhoods without making any effort.

You’ll be surprised by the sumptuousness of the farms all along the way; you’ll be charmed by the traditional architectural preserved style registered on the list of “Pays d’Art et d’Histoire” of the Abondance valley.
Let you drive to each part of the village to discover the wonderful sceneries of Châtel.
 

Where can I take the train?

You can catch the train opposite the Tourist board. You can also step in on certain places of the circuit:
- On the parking at Lake Vonnes
- At Tovassière in Petit-Châtel
- At Linga
- Bottom of Freinets road
 
   
 The train leaves at precise times.

In winter:

- On Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday  at: 10h -11h - 12h - 14h - 15h
- On Tuesday and Thursday at: 11h - 12h -  14h - 15h.

Cancellation is possible if bad weather conditions.

In Summer:
This activity is included in the Portes du Soleil multipass.

Guided tour (winter and summer):

All season long, on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am, the little train will take you for a circuit to discover Chatel village. Departing from the tourist board for a guided tour around the village to discover  Chatel's patrimony and touristic equipments. Advanced bookings at the tourist board, €2.50/pers.
